Delete your account & data
Use this page to request deletion of your Stockhand cloud account and associated server-side data (Google Play Data safety / account deletion).
What gets deleted
- Your cloud account (email / sign-in identity)
- Cloud safekeep backups stored for your account (Pro), if any
- Related server session and account records we control
What stays on your phone
Inventory stored only on your device is not wiped by this request. To remove local data: clear Stockhand app storage or uninstall the app.
How to request deletion
1. Email us from the same address you used to sign up.
2. Subject line: Stockhand account deletion
3. Include: your account email, and (if you know it) shop name.
Email deletion requestWe aim to process requests within 30 days. We may keep minimal security/abuse logs for a short period as described in the Privacy Policy.
