2. Open once online so you can claim / create your shop.
3. Add a few items (type or scan), then try a test sale.
4. After that, the till works offline — sync when you have signal.

No. Catalog, stock, scan, and sell live on the device. You need connectivity to claim the shop, sync, cloud safekeep, and the Business web desk.

Not yet. Android is primary. Staff and owners can use the Business web desk in a browser on any device. Native iOS is on the roadmap.

From Stock / inventory: add an item manually, or scan a barcode. Set on-hand count and (optionally) cost and sell price. Low-stock alerts help you reorder before you run out.

Open Sell (or scan into a sale), add lines, take payment, and finish. Stock adjusts on device immediately. Sync later if you were offline.

Ledger tracks money in/out and party dues. Pay is for payouts / send flows tied to your books. Use them when cash, UPI, or supplier payments need a trail — not for every casual glance at stock.

A profit & loss view from your recorded sales and costs. It’s a shop helper, not a CA-signed statement. Export or share when you want an accountant to review.

A browser workspace at app.stockhand.trade for counters, godown, activity, and India GST helpers on a bigger screen. The phone remains the offline till.

Yes — on Business tier, after the shop is claimed on Android and seats/sync are set up. Owner still owns the shop identity on the phone.

The Android app creates and claims the shop. The desk joins that same ledger — it isn’t a separate account system.

No. India builds can export GST-oriented drafts / JSON helpers for your accountant or portal upload. That is not a government filing. International builds offer tax-style summaries for your books — also drafts, not filings.

Primarily on the Business web desk (GST hub). Phone stays focused on till and stock.
